Shipping

Clotth.com is not responsible for return shipping costs. Customers are required to bear the return shipping charges.
Even if your original order qualified for free shipping, a flat return shipping fee of ₹100 will be charged.

Exchange Policy

Eligibility for Exchange:

  • You have 10 days from the delivery date to request an exchange.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.

Exchange Fee:

  • A nominal fee of ₹100 is charged to cover shipping and handling of the exchanged item.

Non-Exchangeable Items:

Some items are not eligible for exchange, such as:

  • Intimate apparel
  • Customized products
  • Final sale items (if mentioned during purchase)

How to Request an Exchange:

  • To initiate an exchange, please contact our WhatsApp Help Desk at +918320323890.
  • Once your exchange request is approved, you’ll receive instructions for returning the item.

Processing Time:

  • After receiving the return and verifying its condition, we will process the exchange and ship the replacement.
  • Please allow up to 8 days for quality check and dispatch.

Refund Policy

Clotth.com does not offer refunds to bank accounts.
Refunds are processed as:

  • Store Credit or
  • Credit Note (redeemable on your next purchase)

To be eligible:

  • You must request a store credit within 10 days of delivery.

Exception:
If a product is out of stock or unavailable after the order is placed, the full amount will be refunded to your bank account.

Product Availability & Limitations

Due to high demand or limited supply, Clotth.com may:

  • Limit the number of items available per customer.
  • Cancel orders if products become unavailable after purchase.

In such cases, the full amount will be refunded to your bank account.
